Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Production Operator within the Point of Care Diagnostics business line.


The Production operator will be responsible for the assembly of products within the production lines, whilst maintaining quality and EHS standards at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of yourself and colleagues are priority. You are responsible for raising and reporting any safety risks identified. Adherence to the QMS (Quality Management System) in all aspects of your role. Gain understanding of daily SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Performance). Performs revolving sub-assembly operations, which includes all electronic and mechanical assemblies and Label verification. You will support the site's continuous improvement activities using the HPS (Healthineers Performance System) tools. Drive improvements in Peakon (staff feedback tool) improving results in Peakon tool aligned with Siemens Healthineers Purpose and values.
