Overview:

Friction Marketing Co Ltd (FMC Ltd) is currently seeking dedicated and motivated Production Operatives to join our Production team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing business while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance through a flexible working schedule.

About Us:

FMC Ltd was started in the UK in 1991, with the specific goal of providing a product and service to a standard that had previously been unavailable, to the earthmoving and mining aftermarkets. Key personnel were drawn together from various backgrounds that collectively had many years' experience in this field.

Today all genuine FMC parts are supplied and manufactured in our own facilities based in Nottinghamshire or from our tooling at key manufacturers around the world and shipped from our Warehouse based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards Monitor production processes and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Maintain a clean and organised work environment Conduct quality checks and report defects or deviations Follow all health and safety regulations Accurately complete production records and documentation Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Basic mechanical or technical aptitude is an advantage
