Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing / Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of Roof Truss and Floor Joists, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Document production processes and report any discrepancies or malfunctions to supervisors.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Ideally experience of working in a Roof Truss / Floor manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed. Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Capable of following instructions accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
Training can be provided. Monthly attendance allowance.
