Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to fill various contracts across the Lanarkshire area. The ideal candidates will possess good working knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment. These roles offer a variety of tasks including assembling components and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently within a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and effectively. Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring high quality and accuracy. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. A good knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.

Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
