Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour Holidays: 28 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays) Shifts Rotating: 06:00 - 14:15 and 14:00 - 22:00 Working Days: Monday-Friday
Breaks will consist of two 30 minutes which one of these is unpaid.

For the ideal candidates who complete training on the various pieces of Machinery then a review of their salaries will take place.

The roles are all on 6 months probationary periods with 3 appraisals with the operator done during this period.

Need to have worked previously in a production role

Support general shop floor operations. Perform packing of finished bath products. Palletise products securely for distribution. Handle raw materials and load them efficiently. Maintain continuous production flow. Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines. Uphold hygiene standards consistently. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pack bath products efficiently and accurately. Follow established procedures and protocols. Maintain high standards of hygiene. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Ensure excellent housekeeping at all times. Pack finished pouches into outer cartons from end-of-line equipment such as box erectors and sealers. Palletise finished boxes safely and uniformly in line with standard stacking patterns. Move completed pallets to the pallet wrapping station and process them as required. Load raw materials into hoppers and ensure line-side consumables are topped up. Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) safely and effectively. Ensure accurate product labelling and box configuration according to specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area. Follow all SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene procedures. Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Lead Operative or Coordinator promptly. Support general production tasks as required, including rework, housekeeping, or assisting other teams. must be physically fit
