Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday rotating hours (6am - 2pm & 8am - 4pm) working on a 1 in 4 weekend rota with other members of the department

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Planning Manager you will:

- Liaise with Production Managers when generating production plans and communicating changes to ensure a fast response to amendments

- Communicate with Sales, Technical and Production to ensure that throughput is in accordance with the plan and compliant with customer specifications

- Ensure awareness of new products, changes to specification and promotions and delists and their impact on production is communicated

- Validate and challenge incoming sales orders in comparison to forecast and expectations

- Monitor and control stocks, challenging variances where necessary

- Provide holiday cover across the department when required

- Work with the wider team and other departments to implement and further develop systems and processes

What we need from you

Essential

Desirable

Experience in FMCG would be advantageous.
