Health Innovations is an industry-leading healthcare manufacturer of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements. Our services include offering a rage of tailored solutions to meet our customer's diverse needs, which includes formulation development, tablet trials, regulatory advice, labelling advice, product copy origination, artwork and packaging services.

We are currently seeking a Production Planner to join our Manufacturing Team.

As a production planner, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day production activities and ensuring we meet production timelines without compromising quality or compliance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic small-business environment where they can make a real impact.

The Role



Create and maintain weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and labels Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate last-minute changes, production delays, or supply issues Liaise with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources Track work orders, batch records, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Follow established workflows to ensure accurate transaction processing (e.g., creating & processing WOs, tracking inventory and WIP) Work closely with quality control to schedule testing and ensure product release timelines are met Maintain accurate records of production schedules, materials usage, and output

Required Skills / Experience



Previous experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally within food, supplements, or pharmaceutical manufacturing would be advantageous Strong Excel skills: experience with small business ERP systems is an advantage Understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and manufacturing processes would be beneficial Excellent organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or other regulatory compliance standards is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A hands-on, team-oriented attitude Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
This is a full time office based role, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
