Production Planner Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday to Friday 6am to 3pm - Saturday 6am to 3pm) Coupar Angus Due to an internal promotion we have an excellent opportunity for an experience production planner to join the team as a Production Planner. At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters\xe2\x80\x99 business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers. ABOUT THE ROLE: The team includes two production planners who report into the Senior Planner. You would be responsible for ensuring the production schedule/plan is on-time and running smoothly between departments.

• Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipments; conferring with department FLM\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems.
• Supporting in daily planning and scheduling for multiple production areas
• Creating weekly plans to cover forecasted sales
• Monitoring production performance and update plans where necessarily
• Stocks reconciliation/mass balance

ABOUT YOU:

• Must have experience in a similar Production, Factory or Line Leader position within the Food/ FMCG industry
• Good Excel skills
• A good understanding of supply chain in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to reorganise according to constantly changing circumstances
• Stocks reconciliation/mass balance
