About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our production operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting both internal targets and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend daily production meetings to assess priorities and align with customer requirements.

- Analyse and run capacity requirement reports to balance labour resources with production output.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all production documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered to the production floor on time.

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely shipment of finished goods to international customers.

- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to respond to changes in demand or resource availability.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation.

- Perform any other duties as required to support the production planning function.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in using planning and ERP systems.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
