Are you a deadline driven professional with a passion for improving service levels and achieving organisational targets? Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Tewkesbury is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Production Planner to join our team.



In this role, you will be responsible for organising production according to demand, ensuring goods are manufactured efficiently and delivered to customers on time. You'll play a key part in maintaining a smooth and cost-effective flow of operations by collaborating with key stakeholders such as Customer Services and Production Managers.



Hours: 37 per week



Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm



Friday 8am - 1pm


Key Responsibilities




Use production planning and scheduling tools to manage daily manufacturing orders and meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets. Continuously improve planning tools and integrate enhancements into the ERP system. Align with internal stakeholders to create and monitor production plans for relevant MPS families. Lead orderbook reviews to optimise factory performance. Collaborate daily with shop floor management to resolve manufacturing issues and support Customer Service and Engineering teams. Monitor and report planning KPIs, working with stakeholders to address performance gaps. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Maintain accuracy of planning master data and ensure ongoing updates. Support departmental and company goals, suggesting improvements in cost, process, quality, and productivity.
