Production Planning Co-ordinator
to join our Planning team at our Rawcliffe Bridge site.
Hours of Work
Full-time, Monday to Friday (day shift).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely ordering of board to maintain production flow and meet customer requirements.
Schedule machine line-ups to optimise production without compromising OTIF.
Complete daily machine loadings and distribute schedules.
Monitor plant loading and provide order updates/delivery dates to Sales and Transport.
Liaise with Despatch to optimise trailer utilisation.
Maintain shifts and planned maintenance in the Kiwi system.
Produce and distribute daily delivery schedules.
Handle supplier complaints and analyse reports to take corrective action.
Provide holiday cover and deputise for planning team members.
Attend daily planning meetings and always follow safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in production planning or a similar scheduling role.
Experience of working in an fast paced FMCG manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
Minimum of
5 GCSEs (Grade C or above)
or equivalent.
Strong computer skills (Word and Excel advantageous).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks with attention to detail.
Team player with confidence and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
