Muller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.


Muller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Muller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Muller Corner, Mullerlight, Muller Bliss, Muller Rice, FRijj and Muller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.



We are currently looking to recruit for Production Process Operatives to join our Process Department at our Bridgwater Dairy within our Muller Milk & Ingredients business.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area.

In addition to carrying out lab testing to analyse, record and report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests.

Contract: Full Time (40.25 hours per week)

Salary: 32,096.64 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 2 days and 2nights (6-6)

Location: Bridgwater

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork. Sampling and testing of raw products. Loading tankers Liaising with the other production departments. Follow Standard Operating Procedures Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings Undertake any other duties as required. Quality assurance


Experience
Continuous improvement Quality assurance Manufacturing experience - ideally in a food environment Production experience - ideally in a food environment
