Job Opportunity: Production Operative

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Special Ingredients Ltd, a leading supplier of premium food ingredients and flavorings across the UK, Europe, and worldwide, is growing! We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our dynamic team.

Full training will be provided. Performance bonus scheme.
Role Overview:
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our production environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include packaging products and assisting with production processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pack products, adhering to company standards. Support general production tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations. Maintain high levels of attention to detail, accuracy, and productivity. Occasionally assist with picking and packing items for shipment, ensuring consistent accuracy.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and dedicated to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our operations. While experience in food production or packaging is beneficial, full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who:

Is hardworking, punctual, and reliable. Has strong self-motivation and a keen eye for detail. Maintains high productivity while ensuring accuracy. Adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Experience:

Previous experience in a food production or packing role is preferred but not essential.
