We are seeking a
Production Operative/Packer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a factory environment and with operating machinery. As a packer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of paper bags, ensuring all processes meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and pack products to meet agreed production speeds Check the quality of production output to ensure standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work area Accurately complete required paperwork Comply with all Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations Perform additional duties as required, in line with the needs of the business
