Production & Quality Advisor
to help define how quality is measured, protected, and embedded across our early-stage brands.
This is a strategic role designed for professionals who bring deep, practical experience in production management, manufacturing liaison, and supplier quality systems -- guiding our approach before moving to commercial-scale production.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on production model design and supplier accountability structures.
Help define quality control standards, sampling, and rejection tolerances.
Identify risk points in early-stage or small-batch manufacturing.
Review supplier selection and quality auditing processes.
Provide insight into premium or heritage apparel production standards.
Shape our long-term quality assurance framework and reporting structure.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven background in apparel production, garment technology, or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of factory liaison, pre-production, and bulk approval processes.
Experience working with
premium, heritage, or embroidered
garment and accessory lines.
Excellent analytical and advisory communication skills.
Ability to deliver strategic recommendations rather than hands-on management.
