The Role
We're looking for a
Production Schedule Co-ordinator
to take ownership of our production workflow, ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, factory, and logistics teams, and keeping customers informed and satisfied. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for meeting lead times and delivering on our promises.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who is confident, well-organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the
production schedule
daily, ensuring all deadlines and lead times are tracked and met.
Liaise with the
factory manager
,
suppliers
, and
delivery partners
to coordinate material deliveries and product dispatch.
Communicate directly with customers to
manage expectations
and provide timely updates on their orders.
Identify bottlenecks or conflicts
in scheduling and take initiative to resolve them effectively.
Maintain close oversight on
multiple live projects
, understanding how timelines and resource demands intersect.
Support the sales team by conducting
follow-up calls
to warm leads--filtering interested clients and passing them to the Sales Director for further engagement.
Maintain internal scheduling systems, keeping them up to date with the latest schedule changes and communications.
