Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the smooth running of our facility during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a solid understanding of processes. This role is crucial in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards while leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision

Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet daily targets. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their responsibilities. Provide training and support to new and existing staff.

Production Oversight

Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules. Ensure doorsets are produced to specification, quality standards, and customer requirements. Identify and raise production bottlenecks or issues to Manufacturing Manager.

Quality & Safety

Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards. Promote and enforce health and safety regulations. Report and investigate incidents or near misses. Report and Raise NCRs.

Communication & Reporting

Liaise with supervisors, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and performance in the form of KPIs. Lead daily production meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
