Production Shift Supervisor

Continental Shifts - 4on, 4off

ASAP

Salary:

Up to 36k

The Opportunity

As Production Supervisor you will be required to support the Shift Manager in the operation & performance of the team whilst on shift. You will ensure that all goods are manufactured to the required quality standards, correctly packaged and labelled with correct quantities.

Key Accountabilities:

Assess any quality/production problems & solving these where possible

Ensure all workstations are set up correctly and correct SOP documentation is displayed

Ensure the transfer of all finished goods in a timely manner to the correct storage location ready for shipping

Maintaining 5S and ensuring that housekeeping is of the highest standard at all times.

Essential Requirements

Experienced shift supervisor in a production / manufacturing setting Able to read & understand basic technical drawings to check items are manufactured correctly. Good understanding of the production standards and ensuring these are achieved Understanding & compliance with company policies & procedures. Good verbal & written communication skills
