B Shift

team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership role, overseeing a team of

6-24

operatives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver compliance with H&S, hygiene, GMP and food safety standards

Deliver the daily production plan OTIF, achieving OEE targets, whilst maintaining quality and safety

Demonstrate a full understanding of the Department processes and systems, and communicate to the team to optimize production efficiencies

Have excellent communication skills, with ability to motivate others

Assist the Area Leader to deliver all departmental KPI's and objectives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

OTIF delivery of production plan maintaining quality

Staffing levels, skill levels and output

Cheese giveaway %, prime yield%, offcut level %, PPM and OEE

Equipment and Staff Swab pass levels

Near Miss and Hazard Reporting

Non Conformance Close Out

Key Tasks:

Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times, closing all actions from H&S audits on time Plan daily labour and skills to match production plan, (including break rota), whilst assisting the Area Leader to identify and deliver training needs for all direct reports Input required data into the KPI capture system, monitoring all data, and using SIC meetings, ensure all issues are actioned in timely fashion, through the use of RCA Deliver daily staff briefs, hold SIC meetings with staff, deliver Toolbox Talks and Briefings as required.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience

in a production/manufacturing environment
? Strong understanding of

H&S, food safety, GMP, and BRC

standards
? Practical knowledge of

Continuous Improvement (CI) techniques

? Excellent

communication and motivational

skills to lead a team effectively
? Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 17.15 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 44 per week

Schedule:

12 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:

Penrhyndeudraeth, LL48 6LD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
