We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Production Supervisor

to lead daily operations within our cosmetic manufacturing team. This role requires a detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities. You will oversee the production of our high-quality cosmetic products while managing a team of 5-6 operators to ensure efficiency, safety, and consistency across all processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for cosmetic oil manufacturing. Lead, train, and support a team of 5-6 production staff, fostering a strong performance and quality-focused culture. Maintain detailed production records, ensuring all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and within scheduled timelines. Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene requirements across the production area. Adapt quickly to operational changes, shifting priorities, and new product requirements. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Warehouse teams to support efficient production flow. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.

About You

Proven experience in a production role within cosmetics, personal care, or food manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Agile and able to adapt to change with ease. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small team. Ability to identify issues proactively and take decisive action. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or similar manufacturing standards is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
