Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of our products.

Duties

Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure an effective production plan to meet the needs to the business Receipting stock deliveries from vendors and ensuring reporting and quality checks are made Maintaining stock reporting for raw materials and componentry Ensuring stock rotation of raw materials Daily management of team of Production Operatives Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment Monitoring the production process and carrying out testing and quality checks, ensuring all stock that leaves production meets the standards required. Assembling goods on the production line, including labelling and packaging. Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, being a first aid contact for the department. Reporting any equipment faults or issues to the Operations Manager. Keeping the production area clean and organized.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Understanding of production procedures and machine operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts. Physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
