Wilson's Country is a leading potato brand in Northern Ireland, dedicated to producing high-quality products for our customers. Due to business growth we are currently seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Craigavon.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Supervise, support and coordinate the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards Implement and maintain production schedules, monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficient production Train employees on production processes and safety procedures Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions Regularly collaborate and communicate with other departments

Person Specification

------------------------


A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required Strong leadership and communication skills Demonstrable knowledge of food hygience and safety requirements Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
