Job Role

CK International is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production operations. You will lead and support a team of skilled operators, driving quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across blast paint, assembly and despatch.

Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating a team of production operatives to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with the production schedule. The role involves day-to-day supervision of staff, first-line quality control and coordinating between the shop floor, planning, quality, engineering and other departments.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver daily production targets in line with work orders and plans Maintain and enforce high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping. Carry out first-line quality checks, ensuring compliance with drawings and work instructions. Manage material flow to enable productivity and good housekeeping. Maintain production equipment and ensure daily and weekly checks are completed. Conduct daily team briefings and provide progress updates to the Production Manager. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging operator input and problem-solving.
