Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within our facility. In a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of production efficiency, quality, and safety. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with key competencies such as attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You will work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating effective communication, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to delivering consistent results in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Health & Safety Responsibilities Ensure compliance with ADC health & safety, food safety, and quality assurance standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Line Efficiency Downtime Reduction Changeover Time Maintenance Compliance Quality Performance Safety Compliance Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly to the Production Manager. Support the implementation of safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. Participate in health and safety briefings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years within FMCG manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement. Be able to manage a team of 50 staff at peak.
Monday to Thursday 4pm until 2am over 38 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: 24,420.00-45,614.23 per year
