What This Role Offers
As our next Supervisor, you'll oversee the machine or press shop within our Liverpool facility, managing a team across CNC milling, turning, punches, or presses, ensuring production targets are met and safety, quality, and efficiency remain top priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of CNC mills, lathes, punches, or presses, supporting up to two production cells.
Plan and prioritise daily work with the production and planning teams to meet delivery targets.
Coach and guide cell leaders and operators, promoting accountability, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Provide clear communication and reports to leadership, using tools like FactoryMaster and MyCompliance.
Support and deliver Toolbox Talks, Health & Safety checks, and department updates.
Lead by example, instilling pride and consistency across teams and shifts.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in a machine shop or manufacturing setting.
Strong technical knowledge of at least one of:
+ CNC Milling
+ CNC Turning
+ Punch & Press
+ Fabrication
+ Assembly
+ Fitting Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-first mindset.
Strong communicator with an inclusive, people-led leadership style.
Salary, Location & Hours
Salary: 31,590 to 38,103 per annum (based on experience and skillset).
Location: Speke, Liverpool - on-site, full-time.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 07:00-12:30.
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x.
