Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20+ staff within a thriving plastic injection/blow mouldings business based in Radcliffe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced production environment, overseeing operations and ensuring high standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production operatives and machine operators.

- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

- Monitor machinery and workflow, escalating any faults or issues to maintenance.

- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and engagement.

- Maintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidents.

- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve operational

challenges.

Working Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 19:00

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 20+ staff.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Physically capable of manual handling and standing for long periods.

- Proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.

Rate of Pay

- To Be Confirmed (TBC) - Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications.
