Overview

Tiger Tim Products Ltd is a leading firelighter manufacturer based in Mold, Flintshire and we are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team consisting of Team Leaders, Line Setters, and other Production related personnel and will report directly to the Production Manager working closely with the various other departments within the business including QA, Planning, Warehouse and Maintenance Teams.

Main duties include Supervising all aspects of our Firelighter Production Process in a FMCG environment, whilst ensuring requirements in Health and Safety, Quality, Productivity and Environmental Impact are maintained.

Experience in managing, supporting and motivating a multi disciplines team would be a clear advantage to manage day to day personnel issues in line with company policies and procedures including attendance and performance management.
