Oakleaf Recycling Ltd, are the largest solid fuel producers (SRF) in the UK with state-of-the-art reprocessing facilities at Heathrow and South Wales.

We make SRF for energy and heat generation, mainly for the cement industry. We supply contracts within the UK and overseas.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Production Supervisor

to oversee our site's production processes, ensure product quality, and manage the associated documentation and staffing. This role blends office and operational environments, with responsibility for maximizing production efficiency and ensuring safety standards.

The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with standard working hours from 06:00 to 17:00. Flexibility in working time and hours is available, as previously agreed with the site manager. The role includes eligibility for a performance-based production bonus. Weekend overtime is paid as a net payment bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities and ensure the facility is fully operational and on time each day. Monitor and minimize downtime, maximizing throughput and recyclate production. Ensure compliance with H&S standards and cleanliness across the site. Collaborate with Site Manger, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure optimal staffing, maintenance, and operational processes. Serve as the communication bridge between operations and the office, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to drive operational efficiency and improve production outcomes. Comfortable working in both office and operational site environments.
