Opportunities have now become available for proactive and hands-on Production Supervisors to join their fish processing team based in Dingwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the high standards that the business is known for, working closely with the Production Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

What you'll be doing



Coordinating daily processing operations to meet production targets and customer expectations. Leading, motivating and training the team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental and company standards while addressing any issues quickly and effectively. Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols. Accurately completing quality documentation and maintaining traceability. Inputting customer orders into the processing system and ensuring timely dispatch.

Our ideal candidate



Previous experience in a production or processing supervisory role, ideally within food or FMCG. Solid understanding of safety, quality and compliance in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with a calm, decisive approach. Computer literate, with confidence using Microsoft Office and production systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy environment.
