production experience
Supervisor or Team Leader
background - able to maintain workflow and keep the line running smoothly Experience operatingCNC machines
Knowledge oflamination machines
advantageous Ability to follow production plans and set up the day for the team Strong people management skills Attention to detail - spotting areas that need repair or improvementCNC and production experience is essential.
