Job Description

Our client in Oldham is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to work out of their manufacturing site on a permanent basis

The work will involve:

Overseeing a large team of manufacturing staff Operating and Minding a CNC Machine Quality Checking Manufactured Goods Ensure Distribution of orders in a timely manner Opening and Closing Site Training new staff members, conducting performance reviews and hiring Housekeeping and General Production Duties as needed

Working times and pay:

Monday to Friday Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern - 06:00-14:00/14:00-23:00 37-39 hours per week paid after breaks 15.36 p/h O/T paid at x 1.5 Weekly Bonus and Shift Allowances on top of basic Permanent Role

Skills/Experience Needed:

Previous Manufacturing/Factory experience essential Production Supervisor experience CNC Experience preferred FLT Counterbalance experience and preferably an in date licence
