Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organised

Production Supervisor / Pick & Packer

to support our fabrication and production team. This key role ensures production runs smoothly by managing job cards, picking production for fabrication, coordinating stock, maintaining a safe and organised work area, monitoring daily workflow and ensuring production is completed in line with the plan.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety, Quality, and Company procedures Support Production Managers with accurate production updates, KPI reporting, and team feedback Support team members, including new starters temporary staff Store stock in allocated locations when not required for picking Receive and sign in stock from the machine shop, including basic QC checks Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or stock shortages promptly Prepare job cards ahead of schedule to prevent production downtime Act as key holder for the storeroom, ensuring all stock and items are stored correctly and signed in/out accurately Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records Keep work areas and walkways clean, organised, and free from clutter

Experience Preferred:

Warehouse, manufacturing Pick and Pack Current forklift licence is essential Manual Handling Supervisor / Team Leader and managing staff

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
