Production Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget
Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards
Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
Train and motivate production staff to ensure that they work effectively and safely
Conduct with the Production Manager performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production
Operations
Monitor stock levels and ensure that materials are available for production
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times maintaining GMP
Strive for Continuous Improvement identifying ways of eliminating unneccessary cost and wastage
Work closely with the Production Manager at all times, taking responsibility in the Manager's absence
Requirements:
Experience of supervising a team in a manufacturing environment Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management Attention to Detail Good Knowledge of Office 365 and SAGE 200
