Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced production supervisor for an established and successful manufacturing business in Wolverhampton.
As a production supervisor you will be responsible for driving cell leaders and operatives to achieve company goals. You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating production plans, performance monitoring/reporting, training, cost saving and reducing machine downtime.
Ideally applicants will have experience with power presses, laser profiling and/or CNC machines in a previous role and have manager/supervisor training.
You will be working closely with the production manager and the role is suitable for someone looking to step up into management in the future.

The working week is Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm.
Salary on offer will be up to 40k dependant on experience.
