Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Minworth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee production processes to ensure high-quality output that aligns with our commitment to excellence and customer service.

WORKING HOURS

- Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Fridays 6.30am to 2.45pm

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines. To provide excellent quality manufacturing of uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, bi-folds and patios; To focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full. To make sure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures; To follow and be responsible for the Health & Safety guidelines and regulations; To assist your colleagues, team leaders and supervisors in resolving production queries when required; To work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement; To work as part of a team and develop positive working relationships.

Experience

Previous experience of manufacturing uPVC Windows and Doors, composite doors,, bi-folds and patio's in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience in assembly processes related to window or door fabrication is required. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
