Monument Tools is recruiting for a passionate, enthusiastic, dynamic and collaborative individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Established over 140 years ago, Monument Tools is an innovative family-owned, 5th generation company that manufactures and markets professional quality tools for plumbing, roofing and drainage.

The main purpose of this new role is to ensure that day to day factory operations run smoothly, supporting with workplace organisation, people management and improvements in processes.

Main Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations in the factory Ensure efficient running of production processes, planning and scheduling Quality control of manufactured products along with incoming stock and materials Maximising efficiency and output Training, Health & Safety, LEAN Manufacturing Waste Reduction

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Be numerate and computer literate Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
