Job Summary

Beadlight is an LED Lighting Manufacturing Company. We design, engineer and manufacture lights for Aerospace, Maritime and the contract market.

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Production Team as Production Supervisor. This is a new role due to company expansion and reports direct to the Production Manager.

The ideal candidate will help ensure production efficiency, adherence to processes and work with the team to ensure smooth flow of product manufacture.

Duties

Oversee the assembly environment, ensuring efficient manufacture and adherence to procedures and processes Ensure traceability throughout the manufacturing process Ensure compliance with safety protocols Train and mentor team members on equipment usage and assembly procedures. Help troubleshoot mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment and help coordinate repairs if needed Help to implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality standards

Skills

Proven experience of working in a manufacturing company with ISO 9001, preferably in a regulated market. Leadership/Mentoring skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively Excellent communication skills and team player skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to help troubleshoot mechanical issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
