Our state-of-the-art facility in Teesside is well under construction, and we're actively seeking Welding and Plating Supervisors to join our team with various start dates across the year.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team and take responsibility for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across the production process.


As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of operators, allocating workloads, and ensuring that production schedules are achieved. You will monitor output, address any issues that may affect efficiency, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Clear communication and leadership will be essential as you motivate your team, deliver training where required, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.


The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of lean processes, quality standards, and workplace safety. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively are essential. A hands-on approach, combined with the ability to inspire and lead a team, will be key to success in this role.

Pay rates:

23.71 per hour Initially Mon-Friday 40 hours per week on days until the commissioning phase is complete shifts thereafter.
Continental shifts: 2 days, 2 nights 4 off with 30% shift allowance 3 Shift: Days, Backs (15% shift allowance) and Nights (25% shift allowance)
