Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

Cleaning and maintenance of production equipment to maintain work equipment and a safe and well organised workstation.

Goods-in parts ordered via the purchase order process.

Ensuring material and components are distributed, stored, and labelled appropriately.

Communicating with other teams to confirm when deliveries are needed and/or behind schedule.

Deliveries and collections using the company vehicle.

Inputting data from completed works orders.

Scanning and filing documentation, including works orders, delivery notes, certificates of calibration, etc.

Signing out completed products and preparing deliveries.

Delivers on production requirements by following instructions/processes.

Supports production and inspection activities following instructions and processes to ensure products are delivered effectively, efficiently, on-time, to specification and in a cost-effective manner.

Maintains manufacturing documentation to achieve full standards of traceability.

Responsible for general housekeeping within their area.

Fully contributes to the process of continuous improvements and company goal of achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001 certified quality management systems requirements.

Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Be able to work to strict deadlines.

General understanding of industry standards and regulations in order to ensure guidelines are followed and machinery and equipment are operated safety.

Good PC skills.

Good time management.

Good attention to detail to allow you to maintain or exceed high levels of production standards and efficiency.

Ability to fully contribute to the process of continuous improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
