Job Overview:
We have exciting opportunity for a production support technician to join our manufacturing team.

The successful applicant will provide support for the manufacturing and operational processes within the clean room environment.

Duties:

Support the production of pericardial valves within the clean rooms of JenaValve Production through: Ordering and supply of raw materials to the production line and solutions areas. Cleaning of tools, glassware, and equipment. Daily cleaning of cleanroom areas. Preparing documentation for the production line. Wrapping and sealing equipment for sterilisation. Disposal of solutions and cleanroom waste. Packaging and shipping of product, samples, and materials. Performing production and solutions manufacturing activities as required. Maintaining all records relating to the cleanroom processing manufacturing processes and associated activities. Supporting engineering with preventative maintenance and calibration activities. To adhere to all aspects of JenaValve's QMS in the completion of their duties. To comply with and support the company HS & E policies and procedures. Support in any reasonable duties as requested by line manager
Required Education & Experience:

Good verbal and written English. Computer literate, knowledge/use of Microsoft packages and ERP systems desirable. Experience of working in a clean room environment and working with medical devices would be an advantage.

Must be able to work effectively and collaborate within cross functional teams. Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, with high attention to detail. Participate in special projects as required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must take initiative and have the ability to prioritise a workload.

Pay: From 27,143.00 per year
