We are a national free range & organic egg packer with farms across the country supplying our eggs into national retail. We are Lion Code, RSPCA & BRC Accredited operating to the highest standards of food safety & animal welfare. Due to substantial growth, we are now looking to create a new role within our operations team based at our packing centre in Attleborough, Norfolk.
Are you a recent graduate seeking a progressive role offering hands on experience in all aspects of in food production, efficiencies, quality, asset management and customer communication? The successful candidate will learn the technical and operational processes required to progress towards a management position.
As part of our tight knit team, you will learn first hand about Factory & Production Management, Farm to Fork Supply Chain Management & Technical Excellence. In addition, you will also be focused on helping to develop, define & implement our company sustainability strategy, targeting efficiencies & identifying opportunities to drive though sustainable initiatives.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational & communication skills, who is IT literate & has the ability to adapt quickly in a fast packed & hands on production environment. You should have a genuine interest in food technology, quality assurance and sustainability

Salary Range 26-28k
