Your Mission
As part of our rapidly expanding site, this Team Leader role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a brand-new production team from the ground up. What you will do

• Drive Operational Excellence - Monitor performance, solve problems, and continuously improve processes to hit KPIs across all five pillars.
• Plan and Execute with Precision - Support production planning, manage resources, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Be a Data-Driven Decision Maker - Use visual management and performance metrics to guide your team and report results.
• Champion Digital Tools - Lead the way in ERP/MES adoption and digital efficiency within your team.
• Optimise Costs and Resources - Maximise productivity, minimise waste, and ensure smart use of materials and budgets
