We are looking for a

Production Team Leader in Door Fabrication

to join our team permanently.

Essential Requirements:

Strong Communication skills Excellent Attention to Detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and able to use initiative Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Punctual with good timekeeping and a positive, "can-do" attitude Well-organised with good planning skills Previous experience supervising a small team Proficient with hand tools; able to measure and mark out accurately Assist Factory Manager in maintaining quality and productivity standards Experience working with machinery used in door fabrication

Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience in uPVC and composite door fabrication (including cutting, welding, beading, and hanging doors) Experience in equipment maintenance and daily 5S duties Computer literate (basic IT skills) Forklift truck licence (advantageous) Ability to carry out quality inspections of both in-process and finished goods Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
