Production Team Leader
to join our growing business based at brand new site in Nantwich.

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager the
Production Team Leader
will be required to drive organisation, delegation, management and performance monitoring with a primary function to act as a motivator, supervisor, mentor while leading by example.
You should have a proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
Main Duties:
Support the Operations Manager and Production Team in the identification and achievement of KPIs, focusing on improving the current performance in areas of
Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People
while promoting the culture of Rhino to be the best at what we do every time.
Safety
: Focus & develop shop floor conditions to ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
Training safe working practices & take appropriate action where needed.
Quality:
Promote & ensure the quality of the product is checked/maintained at all aspects of its life cycle e.g.: storage, manufacturing & shipment
Raise quality concerns and communicate effectively
Maintain & improve the quality by process
Delivery:
To lead, guide & develop the assigned personnel in achieving the day to day targets within the production/support areas to deliver products and services in line with the customer needs, within timing expectations and the long term success of the organisation.
Cost:
To lead, guide & develop the assigned personnel in achieving the day to day targets within the production/support areas in order to meet profitability and financial targets e.g.; timings/efficiencies.
People:
Ensure an ethical standard of work behaviour and discipline is promoted and maintained in the workplace.
Other Skills:
