PrepWorld is looking for a
Production Team Leader
on Sunday to Wednesday Day shift, who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit FactoryMain Duties:
Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided) Management of labour costs for your team Management of waste levels for your team Ensure products meet customer specifications
Who we are looking for:
Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of work:
Sunday to Wednesday,05:30 - 17:30 (Days)Pay:
Starting at 12.81 per hour (level 1), climbing through to 13.13 (level 2), and then 15.53 (level 3) after full training and development
