Production Team Member (Full-Time)

Based in Beaminster, Dorset

From 12.25 per hour + staff discounts + weekday hours only

At LUNA & me, we hand-make fresh, raw meals for cats and dogs, and every order that leaves our site is picked and packed with care. We're expanding our team in Beaminster and looking for a reliable, hard-working Production Team Member to join us.

The Role

As a Production Team Member, you'll be a hands-on part of our production team, helping to prepare and package our pet food with precision and care. Working with raw meat products in a cool, controlled environment, you'll ensure that each product meets our high standards. This role is ideal for someone who values quality, enjoys a structured environment, and is looking for a stable, rewarding position in a family-like workplace.

What You'll Do

Quality Control

: Inspect products to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and confirm all information is accurate.

Sanitation & Safety

: Keep equipment and work areas clean by following our established cleaning and safety protocols.

Production Support

: Rotate through various production stations, maintaining a steady, reliable pace while ensuring cleanliness and quality.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies to create a safe and effective work environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm This full-time role offers a steady schedule, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance in a welcoming environment.

About You

You'll be a great addition to our team if you:

Are comfortable working with a range of raw meat products. Are physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg. Enjoy a cool/cold working environment and appreciate a steady, consistent pace. Have experience in food manufacturing or production, though we're happy to provide full training if you're new to the field.
