Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of mechanical processes, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. Monitor production processes and equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output levels, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance logs. Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance and logistics to ensure seamless operations across the facility.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficient in assembling components using hand tools and power tools in a warehouse setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and other departments efficiently.
