Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate must have a detailed understanding of a production and packaging process and will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent team working attitude, communicate with people at all levels, have a hands-on approach to problem solving and work on own initiative.

Key elements of the role are:-

? Management of all production and packaging material and ordering requirements, ensuring materials are available at all times.

? Accurate recording of stock levels and reporting of month end stocks both internally and to customers.

? Specification and Recipe control.

? Liaise with production management and Contracts & Packaging Manager to ensure all documentation is up to date and in control.

? Liaise with Logistics Manager and production management ensuring all beer and materials are available.

? Liaise with packaging suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of raw materials and packaging materials are OTIF.

? First point of contact for all suppliers.

? Coordinate brewing and packaging trials.

? Operational knowledge of BRC / ISO systems would be an advantage.

? To strictly follow Health & Safety procedures, being responsible for your own actions and how it impacts on others.
