Job Purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our Production team, working on the manufacture, assembly, wiring, polyurethane moulding and testing of the full range of Teledyne Marine products within the facility. Key Responsibilities:

Working through the day to day tasks as established by the Production Manager, and in accordance with the production plan, consisting of wiring, assembly, injection moulding and testing of products.

Provide training to new team members

Proficient in the use of test equipment (multimeter, megger, etc.)

Conducting procedural tests on production products and compiling test certificates

Maintain and develop a clean and safe working environment in conjunction with Lean and 5S principles

Adhering to Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety standards, following set procedures & work flows at all times

Supporting all production-related activities to ensure customer expectations and business goals are met.

Other duties as assigned by the line manage

Qualifications, skills & Experience:

Basic Electronic/Electrical engineering

Soldering experience, preferably trained to IPC standard

good attention to detail

Competent PC skills

Problem solving skills

Good communication skills

Well organized

Previous Polyurethane injection moulding experience advantageous

Able to work safely at all times

Environmentally aware and minimising waste

Ability to work flexibly and prioritise tasks

Physically fit. (some lifting required)
