We work with customers across the globe to solve their production challenges and help them to scale-up and manufacture at a high volume.

Our unique technology can be used to support a range of applications in the automotive, heavy industry and aerospace sectors.

We are based not far from Junction 23 of the M5, so easy to commute to.

Role & Responsibilities:

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:00 and Fridays 8:00 to 13:00.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble products using hand tools and power tools
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a production environment
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed

This role is offering a salary from 25,000 per annum depending on experience, monthly pension contribution, flexible working opportunities, private medical care. Regular company events and cycle to work scheme.
